Job Summary

The Cisco Contact Center Practice Leader is responsible for cultivating Cisco Cloud Contact business development strategy with VOX Contact Center Sales Leadership nationwide. The Cisco Contact Center Practice leader works closely with VOX Account Managers, Cisco Account Leadership and Solutions Plus partners to assist VOX Network Solutions customers on their journey to Cisco Cloud Contact Center Solutions. The Cisco CC Practice Leader is instrumental in assisting with VOX Network Solutions Cisco Cloud Contact Center strategy across sales, marketing, operations, engineering and support regarding Cisco Cloud Contact Solutions and services.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Contact Center Solutions for each region to cultivate business development efforts with the VOX Sales Teams to propel traction with Cisco Contact Center Cloud Solutions
  • Assist the Director of Contact Center Solutions and Solutions Architect teams and drive business outcomes by providing support to assist in the architecting, design, configuration and demonstration activities necessary to show VOX Network Solutions customers the value of Cisco Cloud Contact Center solutions
  • Provide pre-sales Contact Center Application Consulting and Application tailoring for VOX clients
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (PCCe/UCCe)
    • Cisco Webex Contact Center (Broad works)
    • Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise
    • Demo support of WFO applications for VOX Account teams
  • Participate in VOX consulting offer authoring for Cisco Webex Contact Center customers
  • Coordinate with manufacturer and WFO practice leaders to assist with demo coordination as required
  • Provide demonstration support of Cisco Webex and CC Components via dCloud as required
  • Support Marketing and Presales events as guest speaker as required
  • Support CX including CBT/Video and Learning Libraries for customers
  • Work with clients on cc documentation and archiving

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Assist Sales with the migration of contact center customers on Avaya or Cisco from Premises to Cisco Cloud Contact Center Solutions
  • Work with clients to identify business outcomes and demonstrate to clients how Cisco solutions can achieve their business needs
  • 5+ years working with Cisco products and services in a Cisco cloud solutions architect capacity with an emphasis on Contact Center
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center Express
    • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise
    • Cisco Webex Contact Center
    • Cisco Webex Contact Center Enterprise
  • Experience working with State and Local Government contracts
  • Excellent Knowledge of the Cisco Solutions Plus ecosystem partner community
